Instrument Sales Trial Policy To try a new or used instrument from OboeWorks, we require a credit card number or check for 25% of the purchase price to hold as security. For used instruments, you're required to pay for shipping charges both to you, and if the case may be, back to us. For new instruments, we'll waive the shipping charge to you if you purchase an instrument, but are required to pay to return any instruments not purchased, as well as the shipping charge to you if you don't purchase an instrument.
